The Spring 2017 UEFI Seminar and Plugfest hosted by the UEFI Forum and Byosoft Co., Ltd. is being held March 27-31 at The Hilton
Nanjing in Nanjing City, China. To register for this event and to confirm any product testing information, please fill out the form
below by Saturday, March 4.
Important Instructions
Attendance: To attend the full event and participate in the technical sessions and device testing, your company must be a UEFI Forum member.
If your company is not currently a member, please click here to join. The UEFI Forum offers a complimentary Adopter-level membership,
which allows access to UEFI hosted events. Guests and non-members are invited to participate in a half-day educational session on Monday, March 27.
Event Registration: Registration for this event closes on Saturday, March 4. While you may designate one representative to reserve a testing room,
all company attendees must submit a registration form with the required fields below.
Hotel Room Reservations: Hotel space is limited. Please make your room reservations as soon as possible by emailing the Wanda Hilton Nanjing Hotel
Sales Manager, Chris Duan, at chris.duan@hilton.com with the subject line "Plugfest NJ 2017 room reservation" along with your name, email, phone number, check-in/check-out dates and room type.
Testing Room Reservations: To participate in the testing portion of this event, you must reserve a testing room suite. Individual member companies are
responsible for the testing room reservation cost, which can be paid for upon check-in at the hotel. Note: You may use your testing room as your hotel room if desired.
